Refund policy

Thanks for shopping at My Site. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. My customers have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date they received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received in. The item(s) must be in the original packaging along with proof of purchase.  The items will need to be returned at the purchasers expense.
